Exchange Policy:

  1. We offer exchanges for products that are not defective and meet our return policy requirements.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order.
  3. The item you wish to exchange must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  4. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer an alternative solution or provide store credit.
  5. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments.
  6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
  7. Any price difference between the exchanged items will be handled separately. We will either charge or refund you the difference accordingly.
